  • Ability to manage large-scale properties (150K SQ FT, 2-3 buildings and support 1 Building Engineer)
  • Class A medical office-dentist, cardiologist, surgeon centers, physical therapy, psychologist (NOT hospitals)
  • Commercial Property manager experience ideally 7-10 years
  • Compensation: $105K-110K + 10% bonus
  • Prefer Bachelor degree but will make exception with relevant work experience in medical, healthcare, office or industrial or mix)
