Join Our Team as a System Administrator | Service Desk Tier 2


Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about IT support and infrastructure? We're looking for a strategic and proactive System Administrator to join our dynamic Service Desk team. This is a pivotal role where you'll handle second-level support, manage escalations, and maintain the integrity of our internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide IT support for internal systems and network infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain services for Microsoft-related tec3hnologies.
  • Manage Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Troubleshoot network infrastructure and backup systems.
  • Maintain documentation and c87ontribute to a knowledge base.


What You'll Bring:


  • MCSA Windows Server 20169+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experienc10e with Azure, Intune, and virtual networking.
  • A degree in Computer 11Science or related field, or equivalent experience.12
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal sk13ills.
  • The ability to multi-task and quickly adapt 14to changes.
