Schedule: TBD, need for flexibility to have a 24/7 support mentality to assist with employee and family tech issues


Responsibilities

  • Support the information technology needs of the family office and estates
  • Collaborate with Family Office and IT department on various projects
  • Research and work on maintenance and installation projects
  • Support with audio visual systems in residences
  • Ensure all staff technology (phones, computers, software etc.) are working properly
  • Coordinate any necessary AV/IT repairs
  • Travel between locations to implement solution
  • Project management and clear communication


Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual and Information Technology systems for private family offices and clients in their estates, in resorts, hotels, or yachts
  • Experience supporting a domestic and professional team of staff and working in a private residence, understanding the need for privacy and confidentiality
  • A BA degree in IT is preferred
  • Immediate knowledge of all technical devices and software (Phones, computers, other software) with the ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Advanced knowledge of AVl systems and videoconferencing technology, social media platforms, Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Canva, Apple Software, and wireless networking
  • Ability to understand and explain technology instructions and translate information in a simplified manner to clients
  • Valid US passport and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed
