Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including high-end residential or multifamily construction and/or tenant improvement projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering preferred
  • Attention to detail, organized and effective task manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, mathematical and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall client relations and satisfaction
  • Reviews bid documents to establish a thorough understanding of the project scope and requirements
  • Interacts with architects/designers and subcontractors throughout the bid process
  • Prepares in-house scope outlines and reviews subcontractor bids to ensure completeness
  • Prepares proposal documents for review by senior management
  • Obtains final sign-off of bid proposal documents from senior management
  • Responsible for the financial health of the project, including budget adherence, informing clients of budget issues, and tracking expenditures and cash flow
  • Responsible for project schedule maintenance, including informing clients and architects of changes and getting necessary approvals
  • Responsible for final negotiation and buy-out of all required trades
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring a safe, clean, and hazard-free jobsite
  • Responsible for all aspects of project administration, including project setup, attending weekly job site meetings, and delegating duties to assistant project managers

Requirements
