Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices essential, as well as excellent communication skills and experience in working with Agile teams.
  • An Agile Coach should be able to adapt to changing situations and use their expertise to help teams overcome challenges.
  • Prior experience in financial industry with exposure to wealth management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to identify risks and resolve issues
  • Deadline oriented
  • Have worked in similar environment working with technology developers
