About the Job:

This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end digital product development process for AT&T customer facing Flagship app, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to prototype new ideas, refine existing concepts, and bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on strategic objectives and operational requirements to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.
  • Guide the product vision and strategy, aligning with broader company goals and market trends to maintain competitive edge and drive product growth.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives are met within timelines and budget constraints.


Job Contribution:


Experience required:

Typically requires 8-10 years of experience in consumer facing digital products with specializations in B2C e-commerce, network management, and/or account management.


  • Experience working with highly technical software products like Mobile Apps, React Native, REST APIs or other related technologies.
  • Senior level technical expertise required, Senior level technical experience in mobile app capabilities, mobile app deployment lifecycle and a deep understanding of nuances between iOS and Android. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
  • Senior level product management expertise that layers a strong customer experience strategy on top of your technical expertise.
  • Candidate should be capable of building bridges between the technical aspects and user-centric aspects of the mobile app experience to drive strategic frictionless experiences that maximize the technical capabilities of the AT&T Flagship Mobile App.

Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Education:

Preferred technical Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
