Printfly is seeking a dynamic Social Media Creative Ad Strategist.


Join our innovative team at Printfly as a Social Media Creative Ad Strategist, specializing in compelling direct response video and image ads. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly blend graphic design, video production, and social media advertising to promote our brand and enhance user engagement across various digital platforms. Of note, this is NOT a remote position and will be on-location daily at our office in Philadelphia.


Responsibilities:

  • Work 1-on-1 with our Director of Paid Social & Search to plan, sketch, develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, and Meta, focusing on direct response copywriting frameworks.
  • Create direct response static graphics for a diverse array of media and platforms, including digital ads, social media, and printed materials.
  • Work closely with internal production teams to conceptualize and execute design concepts that effectively communicate intended messages and drive conversions.
  • Conduct audience research to tailor content that resonates with specific demographics, leveraging platform-specific trends and insights.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in video scripting, videography and video editing, with a proven portfolio showcasing creative video ads.
  • Experience in Davinci Resolve, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and photography.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content tailored for Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong storytelling ability, with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation in design.
  • Ability to handle filming with a phone ( iPhone, Android, etc ) or camera ( Sony, Canon, etc )


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in direct response advertising, affiliate marketing, copywriting frameworks, conversion optimization, or performance marketing. This is not a requirement as we can teach you these skills on the job.
  • Background in creating content schedules and planning.
  • Ability to work independently without much oversight and know how to meet deadlines and problem solve.
  • Experience in ecommerce marketing is highly desirable.
