Job Purpose:

As an XCMG AF Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory system accuracy, ensuring data integrity, and managing audit controls. Your role will support more informed decisions regarding production and sales planning, while also preventing XCMG units from being sold out of trust.

Essential Functions


  1. Inventory Audit/Inquiry: responsible for inventory counts through the dealer warehouse and responding to related inquiries. By conducting physical or online inventory inquiries to resolving any discrepancies to ensure data integrity. - 40%
  2. Collaborating with Portfolio team: Regular audits, supported by the most up-to-date data, help XCMG AF’s portfolio team maintain accurate records and reduce discrepancies between physical and system inventories, ultimately improving overall operational efficiency.- 20%
  3. Gathering documentation: Request financial information or necessary documentation from dealerships to maintain the covenant tracker. 20%
  4. Monthly Inventory Report: Provide monthly analysis of inventory health, highlighting key issues and trends. 10%
  5. Other duties as assigned: Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company - 10%


Requirements:


Education: Undergraduate college degree required.

Experience: Entry Level


Skills: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel to client sites for audits. Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment. Strong ethical and professional conduct.


Mental Demands: Must be skilled at resolving problems and reaching independent decisions, including personnel matters. Must have the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods of time. Must be flexible and could work with a variety of tasks and employees. Ability to plan, organize, be detail and deadline oriented and maintain a high accuracy rate.
