Trade Support:

  • Assist in the execution of CLO trades, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Maintain and update trade logs, ensuring all trades are recorded and reconciled correctly.
  • Communicate with brokers, counterparties, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth trade settlements.

Portfolio Management Assistance:

  • Monitor and report on CLO portfolio performance, including daily profit and loss (P&L) and risk metrics.
  • Support portfolio managers with analysis, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
  • Track cash flows and other key metrics for CLO investments.

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate with middle and back-office teams to ensure proper trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Manage documentation related to trades, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Assist in developing and refining operational procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.

Market Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and developments in the CLO and structured products markets.
  • Provide real-time market updates to the trading desk and assist in identifying trading opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support trading strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activity and portfolio performance for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trades and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, ideally in a trading, operations, or structured products role.
  • Strong understanding of CLOs and structured finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with trading systems and Bloomberg is a plus.
