VP/Head of Sales role for a professional services company that is laser-focused, using IT to drive social change and social impact exclusively in the nonprofit space.
In this role, you will define strategy and optimize the AE sales motion. This team is the backbone of the organization. This VP will have the ability to put their fingerprints on this segment. We are looking for a leader with a strong sales DNA who has an interest in really optimizing a team that is very focused on client outcomes.
Experience in a professional services environment focused on business process outcomes is required.
- Co. has worked with over 1000 large and small nonprofit organizations on over 1500 projects in its time as a Salesforce Partner.
- Projecting consistent double-digit growth year over year.
- Company has deep expertise in its domain supporting human services and philanthropy nonprofits.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($175k-$225k) + strong customized incentive compensation plan (uncapped).

The Right Background:
- Minimum of 4-7+ years of experience as a sales leader focused on professional services, value-based selling, with account based motions.
