Sales Executive in Training

Essential Functions
- Hands on training with Sales Executives, Facility Solutions Managers, and Account Compliance
- Assist in the lead generation process through various channels of communication (field visits, email
- Build experience in qualifying leads and identifying the decision maker/point of contact within the
- Support the Sales Executives as they navigate the sales process with clients
- Meeting with clients to learn how to build rapport, overcome objections, and deliver our exceptional
- Train with Sales Executives to understand and work within the City Wide CRM system. CRM will be
- Contribute to sales ideas, market data, and development of sales quotes
- Strong desire to pursue a career within in sales and be willing to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude that will contribute to the overall culture of the company
- Basic understanding of inside/outside sales principles
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience
- High school diploma or related course of study preferred
- Road Warrior
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

This is a territory based opportunity and mileage is reimbursed at $ 0.625/per mile (capped at $450/month).
