Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support for workstations, laptops, printers, computer peripherals, mobile devices, corporate applications, and more, covering both Windows and Mac operating systems and Google platform troubleshooting.
  • Capable of resolving technical and system issues independently.
  • Serves as the first level of support, responding to end-user technology requests via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Completes assigned requests and incidents through a ticketing system promptly.
  • Maintains and supports hardware and software throughout the organization.
  • Sets up new users with phones, desks, computers, and monitors.
  • Provides technical support for meetings, events, and presentations as needed.
  • Manages printers, docking stations, and conference room connectivity.
  • Follows IT Asset Management procedures for tracking, transporting, receiving, and disposing of company technology assets.
  • Continuously monitors and suggests improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Travel between local and non-local clinics is required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in desktop end-user hardware support.
  • Experience in a healthcare organization is a bonus.
  • Ability to resolve technical and system issues independently.
  • A collaborative team player who brings positive energy.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Mac OS, and iOS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the Google platform is essential.
  • Capability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks for project time management with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executives and specialized departments.
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve computer-related issues for customers.
  • Self-motivated and committed to ongoing learning and skill development.
  • Understanding of current technologies and best practices in IT.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Must have own vehicle and a valid and clean NY driver’s license.
