Summary

As our in-house Creative Specialist for The Athlete’s Foot, you will be one of the creative engines that’s responsible for producing visually stunning and cohesive materials across multiple platforms. This role requires a jack-of-all-trades who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to life through a combination of photography, graphic design, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for athletic sneakers and apparel, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets that resonate with our target audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Photography/Videography:

Capture compelling product shots, lifestyle imagery, and on-brand visuals for use in various

marketing materials. Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all photography

and videography deliverables.

  • Graphic Design:

Design visually appealing graphics for online and offline marketing collateral, including

banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials. Ensure brand consistency

and adherence to design guidelines across all platforms.

  • Content Creation:

Develop engaging and shareable content for digital platforms, including blog posts, articles,

and multimedia content. Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling narratives that

resonate with our audience.

  • Social Media Production:

Create social media content across various platforms. Work with marketing team to

determine social media trends and incorporate them into creative strategies to enhance

brand visibility.

  • Brand/Campaign Creatives:

Contribute to the development of brand and campaign creative concepts. Execute visual

elements that bring marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels.

  • Other Creative Responsibilities:

Handle miscellaneous creative projects as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the

marketing and branding teams.


Essential Education /Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, graphic design, content creation, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of current trends in athletic sneaker and apparel culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • According to the needs of business, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, special events, etc.
  • Experience with Shopify is an asset.
