We're hiring for a Series A start-up, who've raised $50 million in funding. They're led by ex-FAANG, and start-up founders with multiple exits between them. They're building a large language model and an artificial intelligence chatbot. They're in a hyper growth phase, and are hiring applied scientists at all levels.


You will:


  • Train, optimize, scale, and deploy a variety of generative AI models
  • Conduct advanced research and development to push boundaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Publishing at top-tier conferences
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers


You have:


  • a PhD in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Published at top conferences (INTERSPEECH, ICASSP, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS)
  • Experience deploying ML models into production
  • Experience with one or more area of AI (diffusion models, speech, audio, LLMs, multimodal)
