The Client Success Advocate sites on-site with our client, and is responsible for professional working relationship with the client by joining forces and acting as a reliable liaison between the client and Harris & Harris


Schedule: Monday through Thursday (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and every Friday from (8:00 AM- 3:00pm)

Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Location: on-site at our client’s office in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. All applicants must reside a commutable distance from Las Vegas, NV.

DAY TO DAY

  • Staff a payment window and assist with customer service and payment processing
  • Run credit card payments on behalf of Harris & Harris
  • Put together deposits of money collected daily for armored car pickup
  • Process account inquiries accurately
  • Complete client-related reporting
  • Demonstrate effective communication with local debtors about their debt via phone, fax and email
  • Maintain professionalism when bringing resolution to debtors’ accounts
  • Regularly communicate with Harris & Harris’ Client Success Team and resolve issues while adhering to the policy/procedures of the client and Harris & Harris
  • Function as a valuable team member and carryout the responsibilities assigned to the onsite team by the client and your lead at Harris & Harris
  • Perform general office duties including, but not limited to, typing, filing, sorting, scanning, auditing, preparing letters, mailing, and documenting accounts as necessary


WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
  • 2 – 3 years of clerical or customer service experience
  • Prior healthcare billing or collections knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to navigate in a Windows-based environment
  • Solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess clear, professional and ethical communication style
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a quick learner who can troubleshoot and be trained to use different computer-based systems simultaneously
