Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to bolster our Client Success team. This position will report directly to one of our Client Success Directors and will play a key role in managing client relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, enhancing our organizational processes, and supporting the growth of our clients' travel package sales throughout their event lifecycle. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with our Sourcing, Finance, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a top-tier team
    • Collaborate closely with the Client Success Director to facilitate client onboarding and management.
    • Engage in team meetings to share updates on client events, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative ideas to foster growth and success.
  • Ensure seamless execution of event sales
    • Assist in the onboarding and continuous management of clients, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clients meet their timelines.
    • Help create and maintain communication templates that enable our operations to scale effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and tasks in our CRM system, providing regular updates to the Client Success Team.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Client Development, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Supply to fulfill client deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
    • Adopt a project management approach to client events, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, clear communication, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Utilize project and marketing management tools to organize and monitor event progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks to marketing timelines and deliverables.
  • Deliver exceptional client service
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, promptly and professionally resolving any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Maximize client revenue
    • Support the marketing efforts necessary for successful events.
    • Participate in client meetings to secure buy-in for travel package marketing, taking notes and following up on action items.
    • Assist clients in promoting travel packages and fulfilling their contractual obligations.
    • Manage projects to ensure clients execute their agreed-upon marketing commitments.
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive revenue through tailored marketing strategies for each event.
    • Enhance your knowledge of marketing travel packages.
  • Work with the Supply Team to create unique event itineraries that include relevant add-ons and package inclusions.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide clients with strategic recommendations to enhance revenue.

Qualifications:
