As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Head of Quality and have the opportunity to own the company's internal marketing efforts and ultimately build this client's brand. The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist will have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in marketing. This person will have the responsibility of designing new marketing collateral, digital marketing campaigns, etc.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating digital, social, email and offline tactics to reach target accounts and audiences effectively
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify high-value customers and accounts and create detailed account profiles
  • Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channel
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce industry-specific content that positions our client's products as essential products for their customers
  • Work with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM (customer relationship management) tools to track, manage and nurture key accounts effectively
  • Work closely with the sales team and new product development team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, including lead generation and customer retention


Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (client side or agency) working specifically with durable consumer goods or in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven project management skills
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethic, outstanding judgment, attention to detail and positive customer service attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and software
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
