Our client, a global law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for supporting attorney retention and engagement across the firm. Responsibilities include events management, calendar management, travel arrangements, data management, and expense reporting. The ideal candidate will come with 1 year of DEI experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of attorney events, including invitation management, room reservations, catering, and materials preparation, in collaboration with the Conference Center and Travel
  • Participate in weekly administrative planning meetings and disseminate key events to other office teams for effective coordination
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, label creation, nametag production
