About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DEI Communications Strategist to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI communications strategy that promotes inclusivity and diversity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Partner with our team to create DEI communications goals, strategy, and plan for the organization.
  • Campaign Creation: Develop a DEI communications campaign to facilitate our reach inclusively across all local offices and work types (in-person/hybrid/remote).
  • Campaign Planning: Build out a campaign for 2025 on one theme connected to our roadmap that will be critical to our progress.
  • Channel Optimization: Identify how we best leverage our communication channels to impart this information to the organization.
  • Goal Setting: Frame our goals and roadmap clearly for the organization.
Content Development and Editing
  • Copywriting: Create copy and provide design support for firmwide heritage months/cultural celebrations.
  • Speaker Series: Create copy and provide design support for firmwide DEI speaker series.
  • Design Support: Provide design support for DEI presentations to senior staff and other target audiences.
  • Update Development: Provide design support for firmwide DEI updates.
