Responsibilities:

  • Required to manage operations and finances for the business, maintain current company position in Public Works
  • Manage day-to-day operations, finances, and strategic vision
  • Maintain Client Excellence: Lead the development and execution of strategies to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Financial Acumen: Partner with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sound business decisions
  • Project Management Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry(commercial projects)with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, including estimating, project management, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of all phases of the construction process, from estimating and pre-construction to project management and execution.
