Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dallas, Texas, for IT – Director Sales at CubeSimple to drive revenue growth within the IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in the IT market and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, including software, hardware, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and solutions tailored to the needs of the IT market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • 100% travel.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry, including software, hardware, and services.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
