As we continue to expand, we're in search of a vibrant and ambitious Regional Director of Sales to join our team, focusing on the Central United States.Position Overview:As the Regional Director of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in propelling sales growth within the designated region. Your core responsibilities will include selling locker and package room products directly to multifamily housing communities and through our network of value-added reseller channel partners. You'll thrive in cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and sealing deals to not just meet but exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Foster regional sales reseller partner objectives through effective recruitment, training, and management.Drive regional sales operational objectives by contributing insights to strategic plans, implementing action plans, and ensuring quality customer service standards.Attain regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Set sales objectives by crafting a sales plan and quota in alignment with national objectives.Expand and maintain the customer base by nurturing relationships with key customers and identifying new opportunities.Recommend product lines by staying abreast of market trends and tracking competitors.Implement trade promotions by overseeing trade spending and participation in regional and national trade shows.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and networking.Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving results.Strong motivation and passion for sales.Proficiency in territory management, presentation skills, and performance management.Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.Results-driven with strategic sales planning abilities.Experience managing profitability and large sales pipelines.Specific Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including property management, service to apartments or condos, or sales into this sector.Experience managing remote sales teams, with a preference for those with expertise in directing reseller channels, dealer networks, or value-added partnerships.Demonstrated experience in managing a large sales pipeline exceeding $5M TTM, with over 200 open opportunities in multiple salespeople's hands.Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.Benefits:Opportunities for professional advancement and skill development.Emphasis on diversity and inclusion, with programs that foster collaboration and education.Comprehensive benefits package including 401k with matching, generous PTO, flexible work arrangements, and excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage.Join us where we celebrate individuality, encourage innovation, and prioritize the well-being of our team members.
