Job Brief


Join one of our prestigious client’s dynamic team as a Sales Director - Staffing / Hiring Solutions (IT Industry). They are a leading SAP Partner authorized to sell and service SAP Solutions across North America, Europe, and India. Since its inception 2 decades back, they have spearheaded numerous successful ECC, BI Enterprise Portals, and Big Data Projects.

As a Sales Director - Staffing / Hiring Solutions (IT Industry), you will play a pivotal role in driving our staffing services forward, ensuring our clients receive top-tier talent to fuel their success.



Responsibilities


  • Cultivate robust partnerships with IT firms to grasp their staffing demands and deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Utilize diverse channels such as specialized online platforms, tech conferences, and industry referrals to scout, vet, and enlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct meticulous evaluations and interviews to gauge candidates' technical prowess, experience, and cultural alignment with IT environments.
  • Collaborate closely with IT hiring managers to streamline the interview and selection process, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
  • Engage in negotiations to finalize contract terms and conditions that satisfy both clients and candidates within the dynamic IT landscape.
  • Maintain an extensive database comprising skilled IT professionals and key client contacts, fostering enduring relationships for future collaborations.
  • Remain abreast of evolving technological trends and market shifts within the IT sector to proactively anticipate staffing demands and capitalize on emerging opportunities.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Staffing or Recruitment Sales within the IT or Technology Sector is a MUST.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solutions or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and goals.
