Procurement Specialist

A CRG client in the Triad area is searching for a Procurement Specialist to join their team Our client is a multi-million-dollar international manufacturing company. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for assisting with scheduling, reporting, and data gathering to support production scheduling.

Opportunity:

  • On-Site | High Point, NC

  • $23-$30/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and gathering data to support production scheduling.
  • Investigate opportunities to adjust work worders for available components, sales demands, and capacity levels to enhance productivity and meet customer needs.
  • Review usage and sales trends to monitor key component items to report imperative data to buyers for stocking strategy to alleviate outages or shortages.
  • Review and complete inventory transfers for all distribution centers to maintain proper inventory sticking levels at each facility.
  • Analyze components for possible expedite or transfers to maintain product flow of finished good items.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions deal with several abstract and concrete variables to drive progress.

Qualifications:

  • New grads encouraged to apply
  • 5-7 years of experience in Buying or Procurement required.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite with advanced excel skills, SAP, and Power BI required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and analytical skills preferred.
