What is the position?

The Multi-Discipline Designer will be responsible for delivering designs and technical support for an energy company.


What will you do?

As a Multi-Discipline Designer, you will:

  • Monitor multiple drafting/design projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Read and interpret documents such as drawings and project specifications.
  • Create, revise, and maintain drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Perform site studies, create vendor drawings, catalog data, and other duties as assigned.
  • Create designs for pipelines and related facilities based on scope requirements provided by business stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and track third-party progress.
  • Prepare and maintain survey & mapping metadata and vector/raster data.
  • Ensure accuracy of drawings regarding regulatory and safety compliance.


What are the requirements?

  • Associate's Degree in Design/Drafting, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 0-2 years of AutoCAD experience
  • 0-2 years of O&G industry experience
  • Knowledge of practices and operational environment in pipelines, process plants, chemical plants, and gathering systems
  • Knowledge of ESRI and Autodesk products
  • MS Office Skills
