· 8+ years of Financial Management and transformation experience

· 8+ years of proven track record in supporting Public Sector projects

· 5+ years of providing support in the areas of reconciliations, GTAS, IPP, PP&E, and JVs.

· Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills

· Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.

· Leading teams to generate a vision, establishing direction and motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and actively promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

· Exceptional work ethic, work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines, use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.

· Utilizing project management software and technologies, such as Microsoft Project with attention to details

· Familiarity with financial and operational internal controls is a plus.

· Familiarity with Federal Oracle Financials is required.

· Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is desired but not required.
