Workday HCM Techno-functional consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between technical and functional teams, delivering effective solutions to HRIS business partners.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of time and absence tracking and benefits to address complex issues and ensure compliance, especially with California-specific requirements.
  • Support and enhance our existing Workday modules, including HCM, FINS, Learning and Development, and Recruiting.
  • Manage and optimize Workday Extend applications and collaborate on future implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday HCM with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in time and absence tracking and benefits, with an in-depth understanding of California-specific regulations.
  • Experience with big 4 consulting firms or similar environments is highly preferred.
  • Workday certification is strongly preferred, reflecting a deep curiosity and passion for the Workday platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep up with evolving regulations and system nuances


Pay Range: $140K - $170K with 10% bonus


The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
