Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to fill an immediate opening in Cockeysville, MD

Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor design and construction documents for budget, schedule, and contract compliance.
  • Foster client relationships and maintain effective professional connections.
  • Coordinate bidding process, review subcontractor bids, and contribute to pre-bid and construction schedules.
  • Prepare project estimates and negotiate subcontracts.
  • Create and monitor team schedules, control job costs, and analyze financial data.
  • Review outstanding change orders and requests, adhering to traffic laws and worksite rules.
  • Prepare monthly project forecasts, cost reports, and billing forecasts.
  • Manage multiple crews on different projects, working side by side with field employees as needed.
  • Oversee billing to the owner and track invoicing status through a monthly log.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager is required
  • Previous experience with Public Infrastructure & Bridge Maintenance Construction Projects is required
  • Previous experience with Government Contracts is a plus
  • Knowledge of Engineering & Construction Management
  • OSHA 10 certified
  • Microsoft Office
  • Vendor & Customer Management

Compensation

$125,000 - $185,000
