Position Summary: This in-office position provides support to our IT staff and users by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide variety of issues while following department protocols.
The Position Criterion Includes:
- Assist uses who call in or open tickets on the helpdesk website, resolve technical issues. Collaborate with customers to resolve application, phone, printer, or computer issues in real time.
- Elevate complex issues/problems to appropriate team members.
- Assist with the deployment of PC’s and setup of laptops, docking stations and other peripherals.
- Occasional travel to off-site office locations around Puget Sound, but primarily the Seattle area.
- Help users with account login questions and issues across multiple applications, computer, Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Assist non-administrative users with software installations and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess strong organizational, and time management skills.
- Possess the ability to communicate in a manner for non-technical individuals to understand
- Must be thorough and attentive to details.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office & Teams required
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, and NTFS permissions required
- Basic networking knowledge, TCP-IP, DHCP and DNS required
- Candidate must be capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 30 lbs. and the pushing and pulling of carts if necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Industry Leading Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
