  • Momentum Education helps first-generation, low-income students complete post-secondary education and secure a job.
  • Momentum Education is a start-up with three full-time employees (you would be number 4). This organization is a fast-paced environment, and you will have multiple responsibilities.
  • As the Operations Coordinator, your role would entail creating graphics, designing social media captions, coordinating events including planning and moderating weekly career webinars, entering data into Salesforce, onboarding and managing volunteers, creating partner reports, coordinating of events, creating partner reports, presenting to some high schools, and assisting the Executive Director with various tasks.
  • The typical work hours are 8:00 am - 5:00pm Central Time; however, some days may start earlier or end later.
  • The starting salary is $45,000 with opportunities for pay raises up to $55,000 over the next three years. We do provide health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • The job is remote with some travel to Houston-area high schools.
  • We are looking for people who want to spend the next several years (think 3+) of their career at Momentum Education.
  • For this role, you must have a bachelor's degree, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and have a working laptop.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can communicate well, is detail oriented and organized, wants to take initiative, is eager to be pushed to grow, and wants to learn.
