We are seeking an experienced Fiscal Operations Specialist to join our team at CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Process all drawdowns within the G5 System
- Post all Title IV funding
- Post and Review all Refunds
- Post and Review all Credit Balances related to Title IV
- Review all ledger card postings for accuracy
- Review and Assist with the Federal Reconciliation Process
- Assist Student Accounts when needed
- Manage and Process the FISAP
- Assist with IPEDS when needed
- Assist with all audits ensuring strong outcomes
- Work in tandem with other teams within CHCP including but not limited to student accounts.
- Develop, review, revise, and update – in conjunction with other campus locations, CHCP's Corporate Office, and/or regulatory counsel – internal Financial Aid Department policies and procedures
- Demonstrate institutional compliance with federal, state, and accreditation agency requirements as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:
a) Bachelor's degree; or combination of education and experience.
b) Minimum 5 years' successful experience in college financial aid in post-secondary educational environment.
c) Wide knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., federal, state, etc.) related to Title IV student financial aid.
d) Basic knowledge of CampusVue database (preferred)

Salary Range: $63,000 - $83,000 per year based on qualifications and location.
