Job Title: Project/Partner Operations Coordinator II

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Remote Flexibility


Overview:

As the Project Coordinator II, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the service partner program. Responsible for managing large projects like marketing initiatives or product development. Often handles multiple projects simultaneously under a project manager's supervision. Tasks include scheduling, budgeting, delegation, overseeing meetings, and ensuring timely project completion. Acts as a liaison between team members, executives, and stakeholders. Organizational skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and patience are crucial. Coordinates activities and resources across departments, maintains project manager's calendar, and manages meeting logistics and expense reports. Develops and maintains detailed project schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Program Initiative Tracking:

  • Oversee tracking mechanisms for service partner program initiatives and provide progress reports.
  • Collaborate with partner management and sales teams to ensure accurate tracking and stakeholder communication.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize and streamline initiative tracking processes.


2. Partner Program Enablement:

  • Manage documentation and tracking for partner enablement programs.
  • Develop training materials to support Partner Management teams in mastering new program offerings and tooling workflows.


3. Partner Program Tooling:

  • Assist in implementing new partner tooling, including workflow mapping, and scoping project timelines.
  • Build use cases to support tooling needs and inform long-term strategy.


4. Partner x Sales Engagement:

  • Create and facilitate workflows to enhance partner engagement with the Sales teams, driving increased customer acquisition.


5. Partner Acquisition & Management Program Support:

  • Provide general program support to enable strategic partner acquisition and new customer bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the partner experience.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in partner operations, project management, or related field.
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management systems is a plus.
