Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for your assigned region, identifying key accounts, building partnerships, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for your region, consistently surpassing quotas, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Business Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities within your region, building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs, to understand their unique security challenges and provide customized solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of sales efforts.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track and report on sales performance, industry trends, and market conditions to senior leadership, providing accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
  • Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in achieving sales targets, particularly in cybersecurity software sales.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments is essential.
  • Industry Focus: Strong background in selling to the manufacturing sector, with an understanding of industry-specific security challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial environments.
  • Sales Expertise: Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, particularly C-level executives such as CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Business Acumen: A keen ability to identify, assess, and capitalize on sales opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading sales initiatives within early-stage organizations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Attitude: A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for driving both individual and team success.
