Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our new St. Louis location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader with a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for building successful teams.


Essential Functions

  • Supervises all regional branch functions 
  • Generates direct sales with customers.
  • Manages branch expenses, including product purchases and margins, sales discounts and service sales and margins.
  • Builds and maintains customer and vendor relations.
  • Maintains branch safety, cleanliness and security.
  • Provides input on local market conditions for business planning
  • Manages branch assets, inventory and systems in coordination with headquarters.

  • Leadership skills (both one-to-one and team situations - using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide and develop individuals and groups toward goal and task achievement)
  • Product knowledge of varying types of storage solutions
  • Sales ability (uses appropriate interpersonal styles and negotiations to gain agreement, acceptance or commitment from various parties inside and outside the organization)
  • Financial management skills (ability to understand and analyze financial data)


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the storage, logistics, or related industry.

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
