Reporting Structure: 

The Account Executive (AE) will report to the Senior Sales Director (SSD). The AE will serve on a team of Account Executives. 

 

Job Description 

RescueStat is in an aggressive growth phase and is seeking a high-energy, hands-on partner that has the ability to develop pipeline, hit sales quotas and work well with the RescueStat team. 

 

The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, prospecting and closing business in Mid-Market accounts while generating pipeline in the Enterprise segment.  

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • History of hitting or exceeding sales quotas 
  • Ability to listen to clients and prospects, understand their unique needs, and build customized solutions to their problems 
  • Ability to create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas 
  • Ability to multi-task while prioritizing daily activities 
  • Ability to create prospecting plans to guide pipeline generation efforts 
  • Ability to present RescueStat’s solutions to prospective customers 
  • Ability to negotiate deals and justify price 
  • Ability to build consensus among groups of decision makers 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and exceed all individual sales and pipeline goals 
  • Complete the activities required to effectively generate pipeline and revenue 
  • Maintain the culture of RescueStat 
  • Share best practices and buyer insights across the team  
  • Represent the RescueStat brand in the market and in interactions with clients and prospects 
  • Live the values of RescueStat  

 

Compensation: 

Compensation package includes base pay with variable commission and bonuses.  Benefits include 401(k), paid vacation time, health savings plan, health, vision, & dental insurance.
