What we need: Someone who builds relationships that turn into revenue. You prospect, you close, you follow up. You think long-term. You don't need hand-holding. You know the difference between a $600 order that wastes everyone's time and a $3K event that could become a $50K annual client. You're organized, persistent, and you understand that selling catering means making nervous clients confident they're in good hands. What you'll do: Build a corporate pipeline in Atlanta Target $2,500+ events where we make money Run tastings, cultivate referrals, work your network Use CRM, track everything, follow up religiously Work with operations (we run on EOS, there's structure here) What you should have: 3+ years B2B sales (catering/hospitality a plus, not required) Track record of building relationships that became real revenue Natural networker Self-motivated Thick skin Why this matters: You're building something, not maintaining it.
