We’re seeking a highly professional and personable Member Experience Manager to join our team at a prestigious private resident club. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire our front-of-house team while ensuring every member and guest experiences the highest standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for all members and guests, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and exceptional.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Service Oversight: Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and impeccable service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate guest needs and swiftly resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Scheduling & Staff Management: Manage team schedules, training, and ensure all operational requirements are met.
  • Hospitality Standards: Uphold and enforce the club's high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Members Experience Manager, Floor Manager, Maitre D', or similar front-of-house role in a luxury or private hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • A polished, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering unparalleled service.
