Benefits Coordinator

As a Benefits Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our employees have access to comprehensive benefits programs. Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of employee benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, and other fringe benefits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and benefits vendors to ensure seamless enrollment processes and resolve employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to benefits administration.
- Assist with preparing and distributing communications materials related to benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate deductions and contributions related to employee benefits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Workday experience is preferred.
- Position is based in Scottsdale, AZ
- Work is primarily in an office setting with some flexibility to work remote occasionally.

- Paid Time Off Program: We value work-life balance. Full-time Global Support Center team members receive at 20 days per calendar year for sick and personal time off, based on years of service. The pools of these days off may vary based on states. Paid time off is prorated based on date of hire for all new team members.
- Paid Holidays: Joining the team at the Global Support Center comes with the added perk of paid holidays. As a full-time team member of the Global Support Center, you'll enjoy eleven (11) company chosen holidays. Additionally, team members are granted an additional two (2) floating holidays to use as they wish (subject to supervisor's approval).
- Lucky Cat Meal Card: We hope you are hungry All Global Support Center team members are eligible for a Lucky Cat Card that is preloaded with a set dollar amount for each calendar year, and which can be used at any P.F. Chang's location.
- Retirement Savings: We believe in investing in our team members' future financial well-being. Eligibility to begin participating in the 401(k) retirement savings plan begins the 1st of the month following date of hire. Additionally, we offer a company matching contribution after 1 year of service, providing an opportunity to accelerate your savings and build towards a secure retirement.
