Essential Functions:

  • Arrive punctually in a clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude
  • Provide guests with necessary information or direct them to the right source
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and cafeteria
  • Sanitize workstations and equipment regularly
  • Ensure availability of supplies in the grab-and-go area
  • Knowledgeable about the menu and beverages offered
  • Process payments accurately and maintain organized checks
  • Remain composed during busy periods
  • Assist at the coffee station when required
  • Clear and clean tables as needed
  • Ensure order accuracy and quality
  • Support fellow team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling money
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and enthusiastically
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Openness to learning and flexibility
  • Manual dexterity required
  • Physical ability to move around the cafeteria and outdoor seating areas
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to wet/slippery floors, temperature variations, and noise
  • Flexible hours and adherence to appearance guidelines
  • Compliance with company rules and regulations
