We are looking for Registered Nurses for Home Care in a secure community.

No transportation needed. We have a highly committed and enthusiastic team who strongly believe in providing top-notch home care services to our residents and their families.

The RN in Home Care delivers nursing services following established policies and procedures for a Medicare-certified home care organization.


How you will contribute:
  • Collaborating in the initial assessment to determine residents' requirements, devising and executing a service plan based on the assessment and with input from the resident, family, physician, and/or authorized practitioner
Notifying of any changes in the resident's health
Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the resident's personalized plan by the Home Health and Home Support agency team
Providing nursing care as per the care plan and in line with acceptable nursing standards
Participating in care conferences and other resident-related meetings
Participating in the training of other agency nurses and aiding in staff development activities

Compensation:
Starting at $48 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse degree program

Active Registered Nurse license for the State of Maryland

Current CPR certification, mandatory

Prior OASIS experience is a plus

Prior experience in Home Care is preferred
