- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient response to therapy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or Compact State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
The Registered Nurse in our ICU will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent exposure to high-stress situations. The ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations is essential.
