Job Summary:

As a front desk guest service provider, your main role is to interact with guests, exceed their expectations, and turn them into loyal customers.

Essential Functions:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs and inquiries
  • Have a good understanding of the hotel's services and local attractions
  • Handle incoming phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Manage reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and cash handling
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments
  • Support other departments such as housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage
  • Adhere to hotel procedures for guest and employee safety
  • Maintain cleanliness at the front desk, manage supplies, and assist with market operations
  • Provide assistance with guest transportation needs


Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrate a servant attitude towards guests and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with FOSSE is a plus
  • Show willingness to assist others and adapt to new challenges
  • Openness to learning and expanding skills in various hotel operations
