SUMMARY

As an Assistant Manager at our branch, you will provide leadership under the guidance of the Branch Manager. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including sales and customer service activities. Your role involves supervising and mentoring staff to enhance sales performance and ensure top-tier service. By resolving client issues and offering tailored solutions, you will help clients achieve their financial goals.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Branch Leadership and Colleague Supervision
  • Manage daily operations and resolve complex problems effectively.
  • Exemplify and uphold the Bank's values and service standards.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and set performance expectations for staff.
  • Support the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the branch.
Client Relations and Sales
  • Deliver superior client service and engage in proactive sales activities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to identify their needs.
  • Mentor staff in providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with bank specialists to address client requirements.
Other Duties
  • Keep supervisors informed of performance and address relevant concerns.
  • Attend meetings, uphold work standards, and assist with transactions.
  • Perform assigned duties as needed with reliability and commitment.
Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior customer service and retail sales experience.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • College degree is a plus.
