In This Role You Will Execute On:
  • Support achievement of Mergers & Acquisitions/Transaction Solutions (M&ATS) annual revenue goal and engagement targets established during the planning process.
  • Lead the management and placement of transactional risk insurance placements.
  • Execute on all work streams related to the Transactional Risk client deliverable.
  • Deliver 99% of RWI projects on-time.
  • Maintain relationships with insurance carriers, centers of influence and vendors important to our success and marketplace differentials that align with our mission, core values, and support of our processes.
  • Utilize M&ATS and Hylant client service team members to help deliver transactional risk work product.
  • Utilize teams to organize the Transactional Risk product line.
  • Assist in the development and refresh of marketing documents, client presentations, engagement letters, NDAs, operating documents, models.
  • Support M&ATS leadership in identification of strategic opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Enhance M&ATS value proposition within each Hylant office via training, marketing, and other activities with Managing Directors, Client Executives, and staff.
  • Assist Managing Directors(s) growth in their pursuit of new deals.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
In This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors' degree from an accredited four-year college or university required, Juris Doctor preferable.
  • Minimum five (7) years of transactional risk insurance experience (advisory, brokerage, or underwriting) required.
  • Strong communication skills including active listening and ability to effectively apply knowledge, experience and understanding of client needs to serve as trusted consultant and yield deliverables as expected.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse team members and clients across various levels of an organization such as C Suite leaders, attorneys, etc.
  • Strong project management methodology, including effective use of resources to ensure team is able to effectively contribute to a project's deliverables.
  • Must possess and maintain an active Property & Casualty license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Work is generally performed in a typical office environment with limited exposure to physical risk or physical effort required.
