As the head of third shift operations in Columbus, Mississippi, you will oversee quality, production, safety, housekeeping, and daily issue resolution within the facility.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, training, and direction to department staff

Your background:

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of manufacturing experience OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Preferred Experience Includes:
Basic knowledge of CNC machining
SAP, Kronos, Lean Certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Understanding of manufacturing processes and Lean concepts
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Willingness to participate in leadership and education programs

Candidates must have the right work authorization to work for ABB in the US
