The Sales Counselor, also known as Residency Counselor internally, is accountable for representing the community throughout the sales and decision-making process for potential residents.
This commences with the prospective resident's initial inquiry to the community, during which the Residency Counselor offers service ensuring that all details concerning regulations, procedures, and policies related to residing at the community are appropriately explained and coordinated with the administration.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Manages the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in.
- Initiates ongoing contact with prospective residents via various channels.
- Counsels and advises prospective residents, family members, and key influencers.
- Documents all information related to inquiries.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of marketing contracts, community amenities, and services.
- Coordinates marketing events and facilitates timely sale and move-in processes.
- Assists in developing the community's marketing strategies and plans.
- Handles inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Meets sales and customer contact goals.
- Performs additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required.
- Five years of sales experience preferred.
- Skills in sales, public relations, or sales psychology desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline and motivation.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and lead-tracking software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
