Reporting to the Team Manager, the Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Qualified Rehabilitation Professional (SVRC, QRP) plays a crucial role in delivering services to consumers in a Vocational Rehabilitation Service Delivery (VRSD) Team. Key duties include determining VR eligibility, prioritizing services, developing Individualized Plans for Employment (IPE), making necessary amendments to the IPE, confirming successful employment outcomes, and finalizing case closures for DOR consumers.
- Provide VR counseling using diverse modalities and techniques.
- Coordinate assessments and services, ensuring efficient service delivery within the VR team.
- Interpret relevant laws and regulations for each consumer.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic tracking system.

SVRC, QRPs Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field, completion of a designated counseling course, possess essential interpersonal skills, and demonstrate reliability.
