Job Summary:

The Home Care Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to acutely and chronically ill patients in their homes, including recording clinical notes, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring quality care in the assigned service area.   • Valid driver's license and CPR certification
