A Day in the Life as a Technician I, Manufacturing Engineering (Fri-Mon) at Cirtec Medical: This role focuses on providing tools and support to production while meeting quality and cost requirements. Responsibilities include developing processes based on engineering principles, adhering to manufacturing standards, and supporting engineers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and promoting Continuous Improvement objectives Assisting in defining Lean Manufacturing requirements Developing processes and procedures to enhance quality and cost Overseeing new production line implementations Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations Training team leads on new processes Preparing Engineering Change Orders Conducting Corrective and Preventative Action tasksRequirements:
Relevant Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of FDA, cGMP principles, and ISO standards Strong computer skills with Microsoft software Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in English language Strong communication and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:
