Job Description

Focus on manufacturing with an emphasis on qualityCollaborate with NADCAP Certified Finishing FacilityManage multiple projects during product development, launch, and manufacturingEnsure products meet customer and regulatory quality standardsAddress customer and supplier issues, initiating corrective actions for process improvementEnhance quality by detecting, analyzing, and correcting nonconformanceSupport, maintain, and sustain QMSAudit processes and productsConduct first piece inspection activitiesSupport incoming inspection and communicate with suppliers about issuesCollaborate with engineers on quality assurance for new products and proceduresDevelop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans as neededResolve customer quality issuesInvestigate nonconformance reports and coordinate corrective/preventive actionsPerform internal audits and mentor process ownersParticipate in safety, quality, or cost-improvement teamsCollect, analyze, and report quality dataPerform other duties to advance quality systems and operations

Schedule:
  • 4 10-hour days and shorter days on Friday ~45 hour weeks (no weekend expectation but advise it is over a 40 hour work week for all employees)
